Sound Healing Evening Concert

Details

For thousands of years sound healing has been used in many cultures to support conscious transformation and healing.

Gongs and crystal bowls vibrate with the frequency of "OM or AUM" the sound of all creative manifestation. The holistic tones of our body, emotions, mind and spirit are living tones, as are the tones of the gongs and crystal bowls. When we resonate fully, all of our body is functioning optimally. When immersed in these tones, Sound Healing Sessions allow one to relax, release and reconnect with the aspects of us that have been blocked by trauma and everyday life.

Please bring plenty of water, eye covering if you would like and something soft to lie on, such as an outdoor lounge chair cushion or sleeping bag, blankets and pillows. For those having back problems, an anti-gravity chair works well.

The cost for the evening is $20 at the door.
