Body awareness  through gentle mindful yoga practice, calms and settles the mind.  Whether suffering from sleeplessness or pain, yoga has been shown to have profound effect on overall well being.

Focus and mindfulness experienced in yoga practice, has far reaching effects on our relationship to our bodies.  Disturbances can be balanced with a practice of focus on what is happening in the present moment.  Yoga at a slow mindful pace allows class participants the space to begin to view their bodies as a source of wisdom.  This class is open to all levels of experience.

Elizabeth Wyatt, Certified Yoga Teacher, Certified Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy Practitioner.  Elizabeth teaches yoga, yoga therapy, leads workshops for Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy and gives private yoga therapy sessions.  She believes yoga practice is a place to find the quiet within, to breathe, and create space.  Yoga is a commitment to ourselves.  A time to access your inner wisdom, to bring forth our highest and best self.
