The Family Advocacy Program of Middlesex Hospital presents the:
Nurturing Prenatal Program
A FREE Program for Pregnant Women
Participants in this 10 session course will learn:
- Strategies that promote healthy pregnancies and healthy babies
- How to enhance the parent-child bond prior to birth
- To recognize the physical, emotional and social changes that occur during pregnancy
- The importance of self care
- Ways to promote positive discipline with children
A light dinner will be served at each session.
