Details
Learn what to expect during the labor and birth experience. The mechanics of labor and birth as well as tools for coping with the demands of labor are taught in this 5-week series. A 3-week refresher is also available. Classes are held on an on-going basis in Middletown and Essex. To register, call 358-6699. Fee $120 for 5-week series & $70 for 3-week refresher.
