Local restaurants throughout Middlesex County have joined together for a fourth year in a special dining program, Appetite for Life, to benefit the Middlesex Hospital Cancer Center. Each of the restaurants listed below have chosen a day during the month of June to donate a portion of their sales to the cancer center.

06/01/2013 Zumba Fitness Classes

The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away.

06/01/2013 Childbirth Preparation Class

Learn what to expect during the labor and birth experience. The mechanics of labor and birth as well as tools for coping with the demands of labor are taught in this 5-week series. A 3-week refresher is also available. Classes are held on an on-going basis in Middletown. You may register on line at www.middlesexhospital.org , or by calling 860-358-6699. Fee $120 per couple, for 5-week series & $70 per couple for 3-week refresher.
