Thomas J. Danyliw, MD, MS, FACOEM , FAAFP is board certified in Occupational Medicine and Family Medicine with additional certifications as a Medical Review Officer and FAA Senior Medical Examiner. Dr. Danyliw received his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College, completed a residency in Family Practice at the University of Connecticut, completed a Kellogg Fellowship in Preventive Medicine-Administrative Medicine at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and is a Fellow of both the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine and the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Dr. Danyliw’ has been consultant to insurers and national/international corporations on managed care, health benefits design, drug testing, health promotion programs and on-site employer medical services. His most recent focus has been in the arena of workplace health, workers’ compensation, and he continues to consult and testify on matters of indoor air quality, disability, and various medical legal issues.

Dr Danyliw maintains an active clinical practice as Section Chief of Occupational Medicine at Middlesex Hospital where he also serves as a clinical instructor for the Family Medicine Residency Program. He is a member of the State of Connecticut Workers’ Compensation Commission Medical Advisory Panel and Seminar Committee, the Connecticut State Medical Society Workers’ Compensation Committee, and has been President of the Occupational and Environmental Medicine Association of Connecticut.
