Overview

With two convenient locations, we offer outpatient physical therapy & rehabilitation services provided by a highly-qualified staff, many of whom have advanced training in specialty areas. Each patient is evaluated and receives a treatment plan, which includes desired goals and outcomes and the time frame necessary to achieve these results.

Hours

Our Occupational Medicine offices are open Monday - Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm for treatment of work-related injuries or illnesses and for follow-up care. After-hours care is coordinated with our community-based Emergency Department locations.
