Assisted Living Pricing & Payment Options
At One MacDonough Place, there are no hidden costs. One monthly fee covers the cost of your apartment, utilities (except phone and cable television), use of the community amenities and services. Additional services are available for a fee. Short-term stays are charged on a daily rate basis.
Our all-inclusive service fees include most of your daily needs including up to 50 minutes of health care a day. One low monthly rental fee ranging from $3,788 to $4,430 keeps you in control of your assets. Your monthly rent can be adjusted to accommodate less or greater health care needs. Short-term stays are offered at $125 a day for a studio apartment.
