Doreen Gagnon, L.C.S.W. is available to aid with short term emotional support, connect you to community resources, and work with you on the practical problems that often arise in connection with a cancer diagnosis (for example, insurance, financial, or transportation issues).  Her office hours starting January 9, 2012 are Tuesday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Wendy Peterson, APRN is also available to you and your family to have more in-depth conversations about your experience of your illness and/or treatment and can help you with coping.  The nurse practitioner may also provide medications that are useful in helping you cope more effectively.
