“Our goal in developing the Comprehensive Breast Center was to ensure that our scope of services was complete and that we made those services available to patients in a way that was simultaneously as cohesive and convenient as possible. Both the scope of service and the manner in which it is delivered are measured during accreditation. In order to achieve accreditation a center must demonstrate that it can deliver outstanding treatment in a consistent manner.”
- Andrea Malon M.D., Medical Director, Middlesex Hospital Cancer Center.
