Our Staff
Our Hospice/Palliative Care program uses a team approach to care, including help with symptom control, nutritional needs, personal care and emotional support. This includes a nurse who provides special education and communication to patients, their families, and the skilled nursing facility staff. Our team includes board-certified doctors, registered nurses, social workers, home health aides, specially trained volunteers, spiritual support leaders, physical and occupational therapists, nutritionists, and speech therapists. Our registered nurses and home help aids are certified or in the process of obtaining certification in hospice/palliative care. Additionally, our staff receives monthly in-service continuing education to provide the best care for our patients.
