Billing Information

There are two charges for radiation therapy.  One is for the hospital-related services.  If there are questions about this charge, please call the Billing Department at Middlesex Hospital as (860) 343-4870.

The second charge is the physician’s fee.  For questions about physician’s fees, please call Central Connecticut Radiation Oncology at (860) 704-0106.

Medicare and most insurances provide coverage for the above charges.  Middlesex Hospital and the radiation oncologists accept assignment from Medicare.
