Our team of physicians, nursing and support staff has a primary goal to make each and every patient’s diabetes treatment and lifestyle education as beneficial as possible. Through the Middlesex Multispecialty Group, located in the same building as our Center for Chronic Care Management, we offer board-certified physicians and a support staff experienced in diabetes care.

Kort C. Knudson, M.D.
Dr. Knudson, of Middlesex Diabetes & Endocrinology, is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, with additional certification in Endocrinology. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, and completed his residency at the Good Samaritan Hospital. Dr. Knudson is a Senior Attending physician at Middlesex Hospital.
Donald S. Levine, M.D.
Dr. Levine is a member of Middlesex MultiSpecialty Group. He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, and in the ABIM subspecialty of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism. Dr. Levine graduated from University of Connecticut School of Medicine and completed his residency training at Hartford Hospital. In addition, he completed fellowship training in Endocrinology and Metabolism at Hospital of Saint Raphael and University of Connecticut Health Center.
