The Middlesex Hospital Nephrology team provides a full range of diagnostic and treatment services. Included are inpatient and outpatient consultation in nephrology, hypertension, chronic renal failure, acute renal failure, kidney stone disease, and acid-base disorders, and therapies such as hemodialysis, chronic ambulatory peritoneal dialysis, and automated peritoneal dialysis.

David A. Baggish, M.D.
Dr. Baggish is the Chairman of the Department of Medicine at Middlesex Hospital. He is a graduate of Yale University School of Medicine and completed his residency at Yale-New Haven Hospital.
David J. Miner, M.D.
Dr. Miner is the Section Chief of Nephrology, and Vice-President of the Medical Staff. He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, and ABIM Nephrology. A graduate of St. Louis University School of Medicine, Dr. Miner completed his residency training at St. Vincent's Hospital and Medical Center of NY, and completed a fellowship at Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
