FAA MedXPress
The FAA MedXPress system allows anyone requiring an FAA Medical Certificate to electronically complete the FAA Form 8500-8. Information entered into MedXPress will be transmitted to the FAA and will be available to Dr. Danyliw to review at the time of your medical examination. Thomas Danyliw, MD, MS is a senior Aviation Medical Examiner (AME) with extensive experience in the field. He has performed thousands of Class I, II, & III FAA Medical Exams.
NOTE: EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2012, PAPER TRANSMISSIONS WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTED BY THE FAA. OCCUPATIONAL & ENVIRONMENTAL MEDICINE WILL WALK YOU THROUGH THE PROCESS AND HAS A KIOSK AVAILBLE AT BOTH LOCATIONS TO ACCOMODATE ANYONE IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE.
