Family Practice Group of Middlesex Hospital
The Family Practice Group of Middlesex Hospital is made up of twelve faculty physicians and twenty-four resident physicians who are completing their four-year training in the specialty of Family Medicine. The group has been providing high-quality primary care to the people of Middlesex County, Connecticut, since 1974.
Our primary care physicians welcome patients of all ages to their practice. We coordinate the health care of the entire family and take pride in giving you personal care. Our physicians are committed to providing the best medical care possible. If you need the services of another specialist, we make the necessary referral and follow your care jointly with the other specialist.
In addition to caring for patients in the office, our physicians follow the care of our patients when they are in Middlesex Hospital and also to a few local nursing homes and convalescent homes. If the need arises and a patient is confined to their home, house calls can be arranged. Find services and hours here.
