Dr. Adlakha has been working as a neurologist with additional interest in headache medicine at Middlesex Hospital in Middletown, CT – a member of the Mayo Clinic Care Network. He is also the Medical Director of Middlesex Hospital Sleep Center.
Ashish Adlakha, MD completed his internal medicine internship at St. Francis Hospital in Evanston, Illinois. He went on to complete his neurology residency at Tufts University, Boston, where he extensively trained in electromyography (EMG). Dr. Adlakha also completed his sleep medicine fellowship from JFK Medical Center - Seton Hall University in Edison, NJ.
Dr. Adlakha's procedural skills include: Ectromyography and Nerve Conduction (EMG) studies, Electroencephalography (EEG), interpretation of sleep studies, Botox injections for chronic migraine, and other neurological disorders – trigger point injections, peripheral nerve blocks and medical acupuncture. He also teaches medical residents.
