Domenic W. Casablanca, MD is a family medicine physician at Middlesex Health Family Medicine - East Hampton.

Training & Expertise

Dr. Casablanca is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. He completed his residency at the Hunterdon Medical Center Family Practice Residency Program and earned his medical degree from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. 

In addition to providing primary care for adult patients, Dr. Casablanca specializes in care for older adults. He is also interested in management of asthma, diabetes and hypertension, as well as school medicine and wellness.

Dr. Casablanca is a dedicated physician leader and activist, holding leadership positions in numerous professional organizations, such as the American Academy of Family Physicians. He is also a professor at multiple medical schools in Connecticut and a faculty physician for the Middlesex Health Family Medicine Residency Program.

Outside of his practice, Dr. Casablanca enjoys golf, traveling, singing, playing the piano and doing crossword puzzles. He is an avid sports fan.
