Breast Cancer Resources & Links

A diagnosis of breast cancer can be scary. So it helps to know that you are not alone. Getting connected to the right information, people, and services can help make your breast cancer experience as smooth as possible. The Cancer Center at Middlesex Hospital offers the following resources and support services for patients and families of the Comprehensive Breast Center.

Breast Prosthesis

While reconstructive surgery is one way to restore beauty and confidence following a mastectomy, it is not the best option for every woman. Breast forms, enhancers, and other prosthetic solutions can also have a dramatic, positive effect on regaining your sense of femininity and wellbeing too. Discuss your options with your physician or Nurse Navigator. If breast prosthesis is the right fit for you, consider the following stores and suppliers (but note that Middlesex Hospital provides them for informational purposes only and does not specifically endorse any of these stores or the product they sell).
