Bio

Cliff M. O'Callahan, MD, PhD is a pediatrician at Middlesex Health Family Medicine. He also serves as the Director of Nurseries and Chair of the Department of Pediatrics at Middlesex Health.

Training & Expertise

Dr. O'Callahan is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. He completed his residency at the University of Washington Affiliated Hospitals/Children's Hospital Medical Center, after earning his medical degree at the University of Health Sciences/Chicago Medical School. Dr. O'Callahan also holds a PhD in biochemistry from the University of Health Sciences/Chicago Medical School.

Dr. O'Callahan offers complete primary care for children from infancy through adolescence. He partners with each patient and their guardian(s) to provide exceptional clinical care while also supporting the well-being of the entire family.

More About Dr. O'Callahan

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. O'Callahan serves as the leader of the Global & Community Health Track at the Middlesex Health Family Medicine Residency Program. He has provided pediatric care all over the world, including in Guatemala and Rwanda.

Dr. O'Callahan is an associate professor at the Frank H. Netter School of Medicine at Quinnipiac University at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine.

Outside of his practice, Dr. O'Callahan enjoys hiking, sailing, mountain biking, reading and traveling.
