In his surgical practice, Dr. Coatti is dedicated to the treatment of all forms of vascular disease, both arterial and venous, and provides full, non-invasive evaluation of all forms of vascular disease in his Middletown office. He performs state-of-the-art endovascular treatments for blocked carotid arteries and those in the legs, such as angioplasty and stent procedures. He has performed over 100 endovascular abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) repairs, with extremely low complications and was responsible for developing this program at Middlesex Hospital. Dr. Coatti also evaluates and provides laser treatment of varicose veins in addition to hemodialysis access procedures.
