East Hampton Family Medicine Providers

Adriel A. Kramer, MD
Dr. Kramer is a Family Medicine Residency Program faculty member and serves as clinical director of the East Hampton office of the Family Medicine Group. He has special interest and training in the use of technology in medicine, geriatric medicine and the care of women and children.

Dr. Kramer, who is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, earned his medical degree from UConn School of Medicine. He completed his residency at Middlesex Hospital.

Domenic W. Casablanca, MD
Dr. Casablanca is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and is a Family Medicine Residency Program faculty member. He has special interests in the management of asthma, diabetes, and hypertension, as well as school medicine.

Dr. Casablanca earned his medical degree from UConn School of Medicine and competed his residency at Hunterdon Medical Center in Flemington, New Jersey.

Kimberly Legere-Sharples, MD
Dr. Legere-Sharples, who is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, is a Family Medicine Residency Program faculty member. She has special interest and training in the care of women and children, including pregnancy care.

Dr. Legere-Sharples earned her medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine and completed her residency at Middlesex Hospital.

Cliff M. O’Callahan, MD, PhD
Dr. O’Callahan is a Family Medicine Residency Program faculty member, and he serves as director of nurseries at Middlesex Hospital. He offers complete primary care for children from infancy to adolescence.

Dr. O’Callahan earned his medical degree at the University Health Sciences Chicago Medical School. He completed his residency at Children’s Hospital and Medical Center in Seattle. Dr. O’Callahan is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.

Dawn Foss, APRN
Dawn provides acute care at the Family Medicine Program’s three offices, including the office in East Hampton. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Dawn is a graduate of the Sacred Heart University School of Nursing’s Family Nurse Practitioner Program.

Stacey Rutledge, APRN
Stacey provides care at the Family Medicine Program’s three offices, including East Hampton. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Stacey earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing from the University of Saint Joseph.
